About The Position

The Good Eating Company is seeking Cafe Operations Manager to support our client in Bristow, Virginia. The Café Operations Manager will have front of the house operating responsibilities including the supervision of the team with a focus on excellent customer experience. This cafe is open 24 hours the manager will need to have open availability to work swing shift and overnights. Our goal is to become the premier workplace hospitality brand in North America. The Café Operations Manager supports all facets of daily hospitality services. Requirements

• Experience training and directing a talented staff
• A clear understanding of sustainability
• Customer driven
• Superior hospitality skills
• A solid understanding of HACCP
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
