About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee the food service operations at the University of South Carolina Upstate located in Spartanburg, SC. The University of South Carolina Upstate is a regional comprehensive university offering more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs. Requirements

• Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
• Can manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems
• Proficiency in computer skills/report management
