Sodexo is hiring a dynamic Food Operations Manager 1 to join our food service team at White Horse Village, a premier continuing care retirement community nestled in the scenic countryside of Southeastern Pennsylvania in Newtown Square. Renowned for its upscale amenities, vibrant wellness programs, and exceptional dining, White Horse Village sets the gold standard in retirement living. We're looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. A background in a country club or fine dining setting is highly preferred. Typical shift is 10:00am - 7:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care.
