We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food & Nutrition Operations Manager. In this role, the successful candidate The Kitchen Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all sanitation, purchasing, storeroom staff, and the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, walk-in refrigerators, and storeroom areas. This role manages procurement, equipment maintenance, and general kitchen upkeep, serving as the primary liaison with the Engineering Department and equipment vendors. The Manager ensures compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols and infection control guidelines, maintains an orderly and sanitary kitchen, dish room, and pot room environments, and supervises staff schedules to align with budgetary requirements.
