Works one of the positions, which have varied food service responsibilities. Involved in food production, assembly, distributing and retrieving patient trays, catering functions, dishwashing, general sanitation duties, delivering trays and stock to the floors. Limited general menu duties and other food service duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Clinical Dietitian or Director of Food & Nutrition Services.
