About The Position
The Machine Operator will be responsible for all operational activities related to safety, product safety, line efficiency, performance and ingredient usage of the assigned production line. This includes ensuring personal and personnel safety, product quality, monitoring weight control, and maintaining compliance with General Manufacturing Practices. The operator will also be responsible for the Clean in Place (CIP) of the assigned production line and ensuring accurate documentation of production processes.
