About The Position

The Food Manufacturing Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring proper delivery of products and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. This role requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Required
  • Food Manufacturing experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience as a customer Account Manager
  • Experience supporting and communicating cross-functionally
  • Experienced in documentation of customer interactions, especially complaints
  • Experience with POs & invoicing POs
  • Proficient in Excel, ERPs, and complaints platform (D365 preferred)
  • Experience with B2B or B2B & B2C clients preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Assisting the sales team by providing customer feedback and managing accounts.
  • Working with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.
  • Coordinating with the quality assurance team to address product quality issues.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
