About The Position
In search of Food Manager Rate of Pay $600/week commensurate with experience plus room and board Qualifications At least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED Prior food service experience required ServSafe certificate is a plus Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Responsibilities Follow proper procedures for food receiving, preparation, and storage Maintains quality kitchen environment by practicing proper cleaning, safety, sanitation, and organizational skills Follow portion controls and presentation specifications Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
