About The Position

Must be capable of cleaning with chemicals using protective gear. Capable of learning the function and design of different machines. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, leads and Supervisors. Ability to work independently and follow written instructions. May be exposed to potential allergens. Must be able to work safely in potentially slippery conditions. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must be capable of climbing ladders and/or stairs. Other duties and special projects as assigned. SUCCESS CRITERIA – FOOD GRINDER OPERATOR Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed. BRC Compliance Reporting accuracy Customer requirements Attendance requirements met.
