About The Position

Maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and our guests. Partner with our kitchen and theater teams to deliver accurately prepared orders to our guests in a fast-paced environment and efficiently use our Apex delivery system.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Outgoing, friendly guest service orientation
• Ability to work holidays, some nights, and weekends
• Understanding of health and safety rules and practices
• Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carry heavy trays
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to cooperate as part of a team
• Disciplined work ethic, reliable attendance, high integrity, and honesty
• Ability to stand or walk up to 6 hours at a time and repeatedly bend, stoop, or walk stairs
• Ability to lift 30 – 40 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience as a food expeditor or work in a restaurant setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient follow of orders from the POS system to the kitchen
• Prepare small dishes, including pizza preparation
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards; assist in cleaning
• Send out notification to guests for order pickup via the Apex system
• Perform quality control of all food items
• Assist with any guest questions or concerns
