Join Festival Foods as a Part-Time Food Court Clerk! As a Food Court Clerk at Festival Foods, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving up delicious meals for guests. Requirements

• A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment.
• Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent guest service, including friendly greetings and addressing guest concerns.
• Assisting guests with orders and recommending menu items.
• Preparing and serving food court offerings while maintaining high-quality and food safety standards.
• Maintaining a sanitary and well-organized food court area.
• Supporting fellow associates in daily operations.
• Following food safety protocols and managing proper temperature controls for prepared foods.
• Performing other duties as needed to support the team.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.
