As a Food Court Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining atmosphere while developing your skills in customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

• A positive, friendly attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum age: 14 (Would make a great first job!)

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests: Greet guests with genuine hospitality and assist with condiments, trays, or seating needs.
• Guest Care: Check in with guests during their meal, assist with beverage refills, and ensure everyone dining in the Food Court has an exceptional experience.
• Keep It Clean: Help maintain a spotless front counter by cleaning and sanitizing throughout your shift.
• Support the Team: Jump in where needed to help your fellow team members during high-volume times.
• Uphold Our Standards: Represent Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
