The Food Captain is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of food operations within the store to maximize sales and minimize waste. This role involves training and coaching store associates on food execution, production, and customer service, while also serving as the primary resource for food-related inquiries. The Food Captain will plan and execute food sampling, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with food safety practices.
