About The Position
The position is for a Food Category expert in a store, responsible for ensuring all food operational execution is followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. The role involves training, teaching, and coaching store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service. The individual will be the go-to person for employees with questions related to food products and services, plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers, and conduct in-store training for all new Foodservice programs. Additionally, the position requires monitoring foodservice areas, ensuring proper food rotation, and collaborating with training personnel to deliver effective training programs.
