Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista/cook/server
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant and/or coffee shop experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and serve food and drink orders while communicating menu offerings to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items, ensuring quality and customization as requested.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain inventory levels.
• Support food preparation, restocking, and delivery tasks as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning tools, equipment, and workspaces.
• Address guest concerns with tact and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow all steps of service and adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Other duties as required.
