Requirements
- National food and health safety regulations knowledge
- 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision
- Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
- High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality customer relationship management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
- Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance, and hire new team members
- Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
- Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
