About The Position

Turf Hotels, Inc. seeks a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Homewood Suites Albany to assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, focusing on breakfast service, staff training, and inventory management.
Schedule Availability: Must be able to start at 5:00 AM on weekdays and 6:00 AM on weekends.

Requirements

• Must be able to start at 5 a.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. on weekends.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage breakfast bar setup, service, and breakdown
• Oversee Wednesday manager's receptions
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members with GM/AGM guidance
• Order products, maintain vendor relations
• Review Banquet Event Orders, and create staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while enhancing guest satisfaction
