Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor Reports To: Food & Beverage Director  Status: Non-Exempt Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Position Summary: The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operations of all F&B service areas across the Club, with a focus on maintaining service standards, supporting training, and ensuring the smooth execution of bar and beverage programs, dining service, and Club events. This position plays a hands-on role in setup, execution, and breakdown of service and events, and assists in managing inventory, ordering, and cleanliness of all beverage-related spaces.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
  • 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service excellence
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • POS system knowledge (Jonas preferred) a plus
  • Team-oriented with a hands-on, enthusiastic approach

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all members and their guests are greeted promptly upon arrival at the Club House.
  • Support daily service operations and ensure all areas meet Club standards (equipment, POS, service items, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing and updating floor plans, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow
  • Help oversee cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas including menus, drink stations, and service items
  • Work with the F&B Director and Managers to execute the Club’s beverage program across all outlets (Clubhouse, Lake Club, Athletic Club, On-Course, Overlook, Locker Rooms)
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, pricing, and beverage menu updates
  • Maintain clean, organized beverage stations and assist with bar setup and breakdown
  • Support prep and organization of in-house drink recipes, including labeling and storage
  • Train staff on bar procedures, including use and cleaning of equipment (i.e., juicing machines)
  • Participate in planning meetings for Club and Member events to ensure clear communication and F&B readiness
  • Assist in event setup, breakdown, beverage prep, and service execution
  • Ensure proper equipment transport, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Support new hire and ongoing training for front-of-house staff
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service and product knowledge
  • Make sure all members and their guests are served in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all service standards and expectations are consistently upheld across all outlets
  • Administrative & Inventory Support
  • Address Safety and Maintenance concerns immediately to immediate supervisor and follow up conducted.
  • Assist in completing end-of-month paperwork and beverage inventory for all outlets
  • Maintain organized records of inventory, product usage, and ordering needs
  • Work various hours, holidays, weekends, and long hours on feet
