About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant/ F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is key to ensuring smooth service, team efficiency, and a high level of guest satisfaction. Barrel & Bushel never stops, we are fortunate to see lots of guests from both the hotel and local area, on a daily basis. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a full-service restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and culinary experiences.
  • Prior hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during service, including greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
  • Lead by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff engagement.
  • Address employee concerns professionally and support team development and training.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve problems promptly with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless food and beverage operation.
