About The Position

Stewards are responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all Food & Beverages areas (indoors and outdoors) including but not limited to: Kitchen, Bars, Storage spaces and other areas related to the F&B Dept. Stewards are to maintain a SAFE environment free of debris, spills and any hazardous materials on the floors or areas that could potentially be a safety hazard to our guests and/or team-members. Collect, removed and disposed trash properly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all Food & Beverages areas including Kitchen, Bars, and Storage spaces.
• Ensure a safe environment free of debris, spills, and hazardous materials.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash properly.
