This is not a restaurant, hospital, or nursing home—it’s a residential community where your focus will be on creating exceptional dining experiences and meaningful connections.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supporting one or more mealtimes, serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on the community’s schedule.
• Ensuring that residents receive exceptional dining service during their meals.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience.
