Poolside Servers are the face of our outdoor dining experience and play a key role in creating a fun, relaxed, and memorable atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities include ensuring poolside areas are clean and inviting, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages efficiently and safely in an outdoor setting. This individual must be attentive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sun-filled environment. Requirements

Someone with a experience in a guest service role
Someone with an engaging and energetic personality
Someone with the ability to work on feet for an extended period
Someone with the ability to communicate effectively
Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare the pool deck and service stations before each shift
Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the pool area
Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in lounge chairs, cabanas, and dining areas
Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling and recommendations
Accurately take orders and confirm any special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside dining areas
Ensure safe handling and delivery of food and beverages in an outdoor environment
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Present and process guest checks accurately and efficiently
