Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required.
Should be in a similar size restaurant operation
Outgoing personality
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Strong leadership skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Food & Beverage Outlets
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor service flow and adjust staffing or processes to maintain high standards.
Ensure the outlet ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand expectations.
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations based on hotel standards
Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
Manage labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and special events.
Ensure accurate cash handling and POS system integrity.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
Create schedules that balance business needs with labor efficiency.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensure all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met
