The Opportunity Acting as manager on duty pertaining to food and beverage operations. Oversee daily Banquet operation. Create and maintain schedules for all Front of House staff in Food and Beverage outlets. Evaluate staff’s needs to ensure proper training, accountability, follow up and overall support. Proactively create and maintain all ordering through Birtchstreet to ensure items needed for service are readily available. Acts as one of the property experts for the MICROS, and other digital platforms adopted into the Food and Beverage operation. Implement and initiate changes needed to menu based on guests demand and ensure employees are well versed and following menu specifications. Continuously look to enhance the Food and Beverage offerings within the hotel. Effectively communicates shift pass, projects, positive and constructive feedback to the F&B team.
