F&B Manager Overview: The Food & Beverage Manager at Hammock Dunes Club has complete ownership of all front of house operations including ala carte, events, F&B staffing and beverage programming. The selected candidate will develop and implement programs to enhance the dining experience and drive member satisfaction. The F&B Manager is a highly visible individual that enjoys hands-on management, is highly accessible and leads by example. The F&B Manager is a key member of the leadership team who embraces collaboration, responsibility and leading a diverse team. Develop staffing and scheduling strategies to maximize team performance. Supervises the day-to day operations and team for FOH. Evaluates all aspects of the existing service program. Identify areas of improvement. Monitor and manage food & beverage costs, inventory and purchasing Engage with members to build relationships and understand preferences. Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are always maintained. Foster an environment of continuous training, evaluation and oversight producing positive membership outcomes. Strong communicator comfortable delivering information to direct reports on a daily/weekly basis to ensure the appropriate understanding of club activities. Willingness to join a highly engaged, forward-thinking management team. Intrinsic understanding of the "member experience "and the pursuit of continuous excellence.
