The Food and Beverage Manager manages all food and beverage/kitchen activities of the hotel, inclusive of the Morning Breakfast Service, Evening Dinner and Bar Service, and View Deck Bar Service, along with coordinating with sales on all banquet events. We are looking to welcome in a high energy , service first leader that can help take our operation from good to great! The Courtyard Bistro offers a wide variety of American fare, along with multiple bar operations throughout the complex. The ideal candidate would have a conversational background in English and Spanish, though this is not required.
