This position will be in charge of managing the restaurant and all other food and beverage outlets. The Food & Beverage Manager will provide quality service in order to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed financial goals. Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in the Food and Beverage industry with strong cost and inventory control
  • High-level bar and beverage knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage a 2-4-person team
  • Be visible and engaging with our guests increasing guest experiences

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
  • Oversee daily operations of our evening lounge/bar
  • Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
  • Coordinate with Director of Sales for group events and banquets.
