About The Position
As the F&B Manager at Sanofi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to established procedures, performance standards, and specifications. You will also manage the café, catering services, coffee bar, and the free snack/coffee program, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a hands-on approach in a multi-faceted environment.
