The Food & Beverage Manager – Resort Pools is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort pools Food & Beverage program including, but not limited to, training staff, managing vendors, ensuring all health/safety procedures are met and contributing to the department’s overall success by making sure the beverage program is functioning efficiently and inviting for customers to relax in. All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resort policies, practices and procedures.
