About The Position
Do you have great energy and a love for food, fun, and guest service? 😄 At LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio we create memorable experiences through play, creativity, and great hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team as part-time Guest Experience Hosts. As a Food & Beverage Host, you’ll be at the heart of the café—serving delicious treats, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and making sure every guest enjoys their visit. Every shift is fast-paced, fun, and full of smiles!
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Serve up great experiences. Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while delivering friendly and engaging service.
- Maintain food safety & cleanliness. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean café environment.
- Engage with guests. Create positive interactions with families and children, ensuring everyone feels welcome and cared for.
- Keep operations running smoothly. Restock supplies, manage guest lines safely, and keep work areas organized and ready for service.
- Be a team player. Support fellow Hosts, assist with opening and closing duties, and bring positive energy to every shift.
