About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Dual Property Operations Manager to support food and beverage operations across two Asheville properties. This role focuses on strong floor leadership, team development, operational consistency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across outlets, banquets, and catering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related food and beverage experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Hotel F&B experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Working knowledge of F&B operations, financial management, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership during service, supporting outlets, banquets, and catering operations.
• Lead, train, and coach F&B team members while fostering a guest-focused culture.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
• Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and financial performance to support profitability.
• Oversee banquet and event execution to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with culinary, marketing, and hotel leadership to drive programming, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Monitor guest feedback, reputation metrics, and implement service enhancements.
