About The Position

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within an organization, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role manages staff, budgets, menus, and service standards across restaurants, bars, catering, and events.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of F&B or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, cost control)
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all F&B operations (restaurants, bars, banquets, catering)
  • Develop and maintain high-quality service and hospitality standards
  • Oversee menu planning in collaboration with chefs
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Control costs (food, beverage, labor) and maximize profitability
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Recruit, train, and develop F&B staff and managers
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and special programs
