The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a full-time, Food & Beverage Director to oversee hotel restaurant operations. The Job A typical day for the Food & Beverage Director includes overseeing the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction. Originally built in 1949, the Inn at Crestwood also caters to specialized events such as weddings, family reunions, and holiday parties. Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Hotel experience preferred
- Bartending experience required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Three (3) plus years of bar and restaurant management experience with an expense budget of $1M required.
- Three (3) plus years of managing a staff of 15 or more associates in a bar/restaurant business.
- Food Manager Certification: ServSafe, NRFSP, or equivalent required.
- TIPS Certified, or ServSafe Alcohol Certification, or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and safety.
- The drive and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Collaborate with the Director of Bar Operations
- Responsible for creating and coordinating food and beverage experiences and events.
- Taking inventory of all non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Respond to guest requests
- Verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages
