About The Position

The Sammons Grill, Golf Course Restaurant seeks a Food and Beverage Attendant to provide food and beverage service, wait tables and clean all service areas. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or the ability to become certified within 2 weeks of hire date

Responsibilities

Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleaning tables
Assists in food preparation and cooking
Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
Serves food & beverages to customers
Sanitizes high-touch surfaces; cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipment
Assists with tournaments and private events
Maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) system
Operates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives, and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount receive
Adheres to attendance policy; ensures punctuality for assigned shift
Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
