About The Position
The position involves overseeing all food and beverage staff, analyzing food and beverage data, and identifying business needs to implement beneficial changes in restaurant operations. The role includes working with the Beverage Manager to develop and administer controls for the department while maintaining established standards. Responsibilities also include assisting with menu item changes based on product mix reviews and guest feedback, ensuring outstanding service to VIP guests, instituting cost control procedures, and training assigned personnel. The position requires communication with management and other departments to address the needs of the POS system and provides project leadership as assigned. Immediate action on customer complaints is essential, along with ensuring guest security in the bars.
