As a Food and Beverage Assistant Floor Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and play a vital role in our department's daily operations! Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure required by the New York State Gaming Commission.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Has the availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Possesses a minimum of two years prior relevant service experience in a similar dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests.
• Coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance.
• Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained by service staff.
• Manage activities; means of access and egress, to ensure complete compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations.
• Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
• Assist in seasonal menu changes and holiday menu changes.
• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing.
• Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly.
• Direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
