Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
• Must stand for long periods
• Available to work required schedule willing to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lights

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and replenishing products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion
• Removing dirty dishes, glassware, flatware and other items from tables and countertops, transports to dish area.
• Ensuring work area is neat, clean and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping down tables, counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
• Partnering with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining all equipment in proper fashion such as self-service beverage machine, coffee machines, ice bins, etc.
• Interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe and TIPS)
• Adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies
• Supporting safety and accident prevention programs (non-slip footwear, proper lifting)
• Presenting oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same
• Performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned
