Food Assembly - Traysetter
About The Position
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Food Assembly Helper/Tray Setter in Boston. Requirements
- Proactive and self-organized
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Janitor, cleaner, or housekeeping attendant preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemicals
Responsibilities
- Assemble food items including tray setup.
- Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments)
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
