About The Position

The Food Architect TM will be responsible for the production aspects of the store, primarily involving food preparation. This role includes detailed training on operating the makeline and oven, correctly preparing pizzas, completing orders, reading job aids, loading ovens efficiently, oven trending, and proper packaging of products. The TM will also handle post-cook items and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Production of the store
• Preparing food
• Working the makeline & oven
• Stretching sauce & cheese pizzas correctly
• Making an order complete build correctly
• Reading job aids correctly
• Loading product in the ovens correctly
• Maintaining a 2-minute make time for oven loading
• Oven trending correctly
• Packaging product in the right boxes
• Properly preparing post cook items
• Assisting customers
