About The Position

This position is a full-time role requiring work on the 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, four weekdays, and every other weekend, with occasional shifts on the 3rd shift. The individual must be willing to cross-train in each area of the Crossroads Market and have a thorough understanding of each position's processes. Responsibilities include completing assigned duties professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of food handling and sanitation requirements as per Food & Nutrition policies and procedures, as well as basic cash register and cash handling policies. Cleaning and sanitation are key responsibilities, and the individual must be able to multi-task and work at a fast, consistent pace. The position requires recording food service and DHEC reports and logs related to the Crossroads Market, upholding DHEC/DNV regulations regarding food safety, facility upkeep, and hygiene practices. Flexibility with schedule days and times is essential, and the individual will complete any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of applicable food service experience.
  • Must be or become Serv Safe Certified.
  • Knowledge of DHEC regulations.
  • Computer skills.
  • Good personal hygiene.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
