About The Position

As a Dietary Cook (aka, Food and Nutrition Cook), you will be responsible for preparing palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced meals that meet daily nutritional and special dietary needs for patients and residents in a long-term care and short-term / skilled care nursing center. We offer early morning and mid-day work schedules, for no late nights and a great work/life balance! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Agrees to safeguard the privacy of residents' protected health information from improper use and disclosure according to state and federal law.

Nice To Haves

Experience cooking and preparing meals in a healthcare or institutional setting, or mass production, full-service restaurant setting, preferred.
One-year experience as a cook in an institutional food service setting preferred.
