About The Position
The Manager is responsible for operating the Food and Culinary program at the school site in a manner that complies with all Federal and State rules and regulations governing the preparation, storage and serving of food to students and adults and in a manner that supports the district goal of Excellence for All. The Manager is responsible for understanding and enforcing Federal, State and District policy and procedures. This position is expected to work in the kitchen alongside the other FCS staff members.
