About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hyatt's Coconut Cove Resort is responsible for supervising the Food and Beverage staff to ensure excellent owner and guest satisfaction. This full-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and emphasizes the importance of customer service skills in all interactions with guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage required.
• 1 year of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a restaurant required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food and Beverage staff to ensure excellent owner/guest satisfaction.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
