About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Hotel Canandaigua located in Canandaigua, NY. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel.

Requirements

  • At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Two years hotel experience

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, schedule front of house employees for all meal periods.
  • Follow all brand standards and programs while managing to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
