NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB - Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service - To support with initiative and commitment to the overall objectives of the business in terms of revenue, costs and teamwork - Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Freehand experience - Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries, ensuring that you maintain a “can do” attitude at all times - Demonstrate in depth knowledge of both the food and beverage menu - Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance - Develop and train all employees within your charge in order that they perform to the required standard - Communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them - Experience in Inventory Management for all Bar related topics. - Experience in Cocktail crafting methods to take on new Bar programs and New Cocktail Menu initiatives. You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role
Appropriate experience in the field of F&B
A passion for trending Food and Drink concepts
A passion for your city, for travelling and for trending food and drinks concepts
Knowledge of contemporary interests and the city

Responsibilities

Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service
