About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team within a vibrant hotel environment. Requirements

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Strong guest service orientation and hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, schedule, and assign daily work to team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team member performance, providing support and assistance as needed.
• Assist team members in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Manage product quality and service satisfaction trends, addressing issues and implementing improvements accordingly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
