Food and Beverage Server
About The Position
Beacon Hill Club is looking for Part-Time and Seasonal candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working with people. We strive to personalize the dining experience by creating a rapport with membership and providing first-class service in a friendly and efficient manner. The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for meeting the needs of members and guests in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival and throughout their dining experience at the Club. Availability must include weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed. Come join our team!
Requirements
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to multi-task while taking care of guests needs and maintaining composure
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Seat guests, present menus, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders from members and guests and answer related questions
- Greet and continually check-in to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Place all orders into the Point of Sale system accurately
- Perform light cleaning duties such as trash removal in the kitchen and dining room area
- Clear and reset tables and chairs in a timely manner
- Assist with restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies when needed
- Participate in training sessions, as required
- Assist Clubhouse Manager and Assistant Clubhouse Manager with other duties, as requested
