About The Position

The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet meeting spaces according to the Banquet Event Order instructions. This includes arranging tables, table complements such as salt, pepper, sugar, and breadsticks, as well as table linens, settings, centerpieces, dishes, audio-visual equipment, and all other provisions necessary for the event. The server will also monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet spaces before, during, and after events. Excellent customer service is essential, as the server will maintain communication with the guest contact person to address guest needs. Additionally, the server will serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with company standards and observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation. Following all company safety and security policies and procedures is crucial, including reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.
