Food and Beverage Sales Associate
About The Position
LakePoint Sports is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Food and Beverage department. Sales Associates will operate a POS system and fulfill food/beverage orders for guests during event operations. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while learning more about a growing and exciting sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative, creativity, and dedication. Requirements
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
- Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.
- Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values
Responsibilities
- Take guests orders at the counter/kiosk
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
- Manage the register, including all card and cash transactions
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
