About The Position

The Food and Beverage Runner position at Levy involves delivering food to customers in a timely and professional manner within the American Airlines Center. Requirements

• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist suitemates with large orders, restocking, and other assigned duties.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Communicate with guests, responding to customer requests and complaints to assure service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide feedback to supervisors.
• Perform other assigned duties.
